St Mary’s Birchanger

St Mary’s Birchanger is a Grade II listed building and one of only 250 Anglo-Saxon churches that survive in Britain.  It is built of flint rubble with dressings of limestone and clunch and dates from the Saxon-Norman period (1000-1199 AD)

Services are held on Sundays at 11 am

On February 15th there will be a marriage vow renewal service at our church. Afterwards, refreshments will be served at the Church Hall. Should you be interested to attend the service, please contact one of the church wardens.
