Twelve days of roadworks will see Cambridge Road closed from May, 9

Temporary Traffic Regulation Order of Cambridge Road, Stansted

Please click on the following link https://one.network/?tm=127726173 to find details of the intended closure of Cambridge Road, due to commence on 9th May 2022 for 12 days. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Thames Water undertakes sewer repair works.

Because of the closure a diversion will be in operation as detailed here:

1. Head northeast on Cambridge Rd/B1383 to St John’s Rd (4.1km)
2. Turn left onto Belcham’s Lane (0.7km)
3. Continue onto Brick Kiln ln (4.5km)
4. Turn left onto Manuden Rd (3.2km)
5. Continue onto The St (1.3km)
6. Continue onto Carters Hill (0.4km)
7. Continue onto Hazel End (2.6km)
8. Turn left onto Gipsy Lane (0.9km)
9. Turn left onto Pines Hill/B1383, continue to follow the B1383 (1.3km)
