Meetings are at the Mountfitchet Exchange, 72 Chapel Hill, and start at 7.30pm unless indicated.

ATTEND VIRTUALLY OR IN-PERSON

The press and public are welcome to attend all meetings of the Parish Council and its committees. 

Should you wish to attend the meeting virtually a Zoom invite and code is obtainable from the agenda document relating to the meeting you wish to attend. See the agendas tab.

Any intention to record, film or take photographs during a meeting must be notified to the Clerk prior to the start of the meeting.
