MEETING NOTICES
We will be using only two noticeboards to publicise our meetings going forward, as opposed to all eight.
We will still be pinning agendas and planning applications to our Chapel Hill and Lower Street noticeboards, areas of the village with high footfall.
The cost of weatherproofing notices for every meeting on all our boards over a full 12-month calendar is considerable. Posting on just two boards will allow us to save money and make some progress in becoming a little greener.
