CHURCH RD STREETLIGHTS
A temporary traffic management system is being set up while Essex County Council remove the structural columns supporting two street lights on Church Road.
The columns both at the bottom end of Church Road, close to the Lower Street roundabout, failed a structural safety test.
ECC apologise for the inconvenience caused.
They say the columns are unlikely to be replaced before Christmas.
