GREEN WEEK
Saffron Waldon is hosting a festival of events to promote the cause of preserving our natural world ahead of next month’s UN Cop26 climate summit in Glasgow.
Local events as part of The Great Green Week, which runs from September 18-24, include eco-markets, climate Sunday services, pub-meet-ups, eco chats and even a hedgehog hospital.
The goals is not just to educate about the perils of climate change, but also promote ways the public can play their part to tackle the problem.
All of the events of are FREE to attend.
