JUBILEE BEACON

If your birthday falls between June 2-5, how’d you fancy lighting a beacon as part of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee this summer?

We’d like to hear from either parishioners lucky to have a birthday over the 4-day holiday period or from people who would like to nominate someone who does.

All the names submitted to us will be put in a hat, then once we have checked the winner fits the criteria, we’ll be in touch with them ahead of the event to make arrangements.

The closing date for entries is Sunday, May 15. Good luck.

Please note, If you are under under 16 and win the competition, you will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult to light the beacon.
