Reception Times

We have changed the hours our reception desk is open. From Monday to Friday, on a 6-month trial basis, you will be able to see us in person from 10am to 2pm.

It is hoped the revised hours will make it more convenient for people who wish to visit us at our offices at the Mountfitchet Exchange.

The decision was announced when the Finance & General Purposes committee last met at the end of last month.

Please note the hours of the office remain unchanged: you can still contact us via phone or email 9am to 4pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and from 9pm to 1pm on Wednesdays.
