Essex County Council have announced that two bits of road in and around Stansted Mountfitchet will be closed in February and March. Read on to find out more details.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
Temporary Traffic Regulation Order of Belmer Road, Stansted

The first planned closure will affect Belmer Road, with work expected to last a day on 16 February. The closure is needed for the safety of the public and workforce while BT undertakes new connection. You can click here to find further details.

Temporary Traffic Regulation Order of Rainsford Road, Croasdaile Road, Stansted Mountfitchet

This second set of roadworks at around Rainsford and Croasdaile Roads will be carried out the following month. Lasting 7 days from March 10, again the closure is required to ensure the safety of the workers and the public.
